Our Standard Project Mgmt Process:

​

  • Our real estate project plans are tailored to each project, so our process includes an initial consultation to map out the complexity of the project.

​

  • Once we have done an initial due diligence and have a firm idea, we enter the scope design and budgeting phases of the project. At this phase we will collaborate with a construction manager to develop a scope of work and budget for your project.

​

  • After reviewing the scope of work and budget with our partners, we draft a “Construction Contract and Project Management Agreement.” 

​

  • Our agreement includes the following: a complete detailed statement of work, draw schedule details, realistic timeline of completion, committment to transparent project oversight and budget.​

​

  • Our project planning process includes one conceptual presentation and collaboration with the project managers and one follow-up meeting to discuss any requests for project plan revisions.

​

  • Our club includes Realtors available to answer transactional questions as-needed.

​​
